 Established in 1840, the Moutarderie Fallot is the last independent family-run mustard factory in Burgundy. Its artisanal know-how is still based on crushing up the seeds in a grindstone, thus preserving all the characteristic flavour of the condiment. A "Parcours Découvertes", a historical and educational tour, details the different stages of production. Then you can observe, behind large interactive glass panels, the current production site, which employs about 20 workers.
