The Michelin Guide's review
The name of this square comes from the vegetable market that was held here in the 18C. Today it is occupied by people selling objects of all kinds, particularly handicrafts and souvenirs. Note the magnificent buildings all around the square with Art Deco and Art Nouveau façades. One of them, the Old Town House, contains the Michaelis Collection.
