Museum
The Michelin Guide's review
The Museo Inka is housed in the lavishly ornamented Plateresque-style Palacio del Almirante. It contains Incan jewellery, mummies, ceramics, weapons, fabric, and in particular, a unique collection of 450 wooden goblets (qeros) adorned with paintings. However, more than the objects and art, the museum's main claim to fame resides in its extensive and educational picture of Incan civilisation from its origins to its fall and beyond.
