The Michelin Guide's review
The reconstructed Fort Macleod recreates life as it was in Southern Alberta around 1875. It is home to several log buildings and surrounded by a stockade. Kanouse House is dedicated to the region's early settlers; the March of the Redcoats production highlights the role of the North West Mounted Police in the history of the country; while the centenary gallery is devoted to the decorative art of the First Nations.
