A painstaking restoration of the church led to the discovery of splendid paintings dating from 1515 created by the master Edebo, who was influenced by Albertus Pictor. The greens and warm yellows with red tones create golden lights inside the church. The 14C baptismal fonts were made at Gotland's workshops.
