In this vast open-air museum, some 50 late-19C buildings have been restored along with their period interiors, taking you on a fascinating foray into the past. As you wander around the site, you can to go inside the shoemaker's shop, the dental practice, bank, presbytery, school, smithy, prison, sawmill, garage and printing house. Cross the bridge leading to the other bank to explore the reconstituted mining site and train station.
