The Michelin Guide's review
Krakow's most bucolic church shares its dedication to bishop and martyr St Stanislas with the city's cathedral. Its verdant setting is enhanced by the presence of a curious quadrangular pool in the middle of which stands a statue (1731) of Poland's patron saint. Each year on the feast of St Stanislas in May, a procession makes it way from the cathedral to here. The crypt (accessd from outside) is a veritable national pantheon of great figures fom Polish culture.
