The Michelin Guide's review
This apothecary by the crossroads, a preserved historic edifice, recognisable by its lovely curved wooden façade, has been open for business since the mid-19C. On the ground-floor behind old wooden counters, pharmacists delve into rows of glass jars and endless wooden drawers that contain the entire gamut of Chinese traditional medicine. Patients first go upstairs to consult a doctor and once they are given a prescription, they return downstairs for it to be filled.
