The Michelin Guide's review
The Tempio dell'Incoronata, a masterpiece of Renaissance architecture in Lombardy, was built in 1488 by a pupil of Bramante. The octagonal interior, with a cupola and loggia, boasts an exceptional decor thanks to the Piazza family, 16C painters who hailed from Lodi, as well as four small altarpieces by Bergognone. The museum in the basement occupies three attractive rooms displaying a collection of liturgical objects from the 16C-19C.
