  The Michelin Guide's review
Built at Henry VII's behest in the early 16C, this magnificent chapel is one of the finest examples of the Perpendicular style, the most impressive feature of which is the magnificent fan vaulting on the ceiling. The entrance boasts bronze gates adorned with royal coats of arms. In particular, admire the oak stalls with historiated misericords and, behind the altar, the superb monument to Henry VII and his wife Elizabeth of York, designed by Pietro Torrigiani between 1512 and 1518.
