Concluses de Lussan

Michelin Guide
Well worth the diversions
Natural site
The Michelin Guide's review
The waters of the Aiguillon, inaccessible during heavy rainfall, clearly had a difficult time carving a passageway through the limestone plateau. The Aiguillon Gorges acquired the name "Concluses" from the Occitan word conclusas meaning bowls or basins. Go down to the Portail, whose narrow gorge walls are 200m high. The site is steeped in silence and untamed beauty.
