The Michelin Guide's review
The 40 rooms and towers in Phantom Cliff Canyon were dismantled by archaeologists in the Four Corners area at the end of the 19C and reconstructed here as a re-creation of 12-13C Anasazi culture. Native Americans built the adjacent pueblo in 1896 as a residence and lived here until 1984. Their descendants still dance in summer. A large retail shop and two museums display artifacts.
