The Michelin Guide's review
Built between 1607 and 1611 in the Flemish Renaissance style, this former hotel of the arquebusiers served as a military hospital from 1795. The building has a very large brick façade striped with white stone and enlivened with painted shutters. The central gable, endowed with scrolls, bears a sculpted low-relief of arquebuses, cannon balls and is topped with an eagle. Behind, stands an octagonal onion-domed turret bearing a weathervane in the shape of an arquebusier.
