  The Michelin Guide's review
After 1861, a series of warehouses designed by Victor Bourgeau was constructed on the former site of the Montreal General Hospital. These buildings were renovated into housing units during the 1980s in a large-scale project that began the movement to transform Old Montreal into a residential area. The structures, designed in the protorationalist style, overlook a charming courtyard, dotted with flower-filled planters.
