Port de Leixões

Civil and military monument
The Michelin Guide's review
This is Portugal's second largest commercial port, created in the late 19C and transformed over the course of the 20C. It doubles up with Douro's port and offers a remarkable outlet for wine, wood and industrial exports. It is also a major sardine fishing port and has an international marina.
