The Michelin Guide's review
The castellu (fortress) d'Araghju is built on a rocky outcrop, a look-out over the Gulf of Porto-Vecchio 5km away. It is one of the most emblematic of the great Torrean edifices. A wall four metres high and two metres thick leads to the ruins of a monument that was probably of religious significance. From the rampart walk, the view embraces the entire coastal plain and the Gulf of Porto-Vecchio.
