The Michelin Guide's review
Dancing House (Tančící Dům), on the corner of Resslova and the Vltava quayside, on Rašínovo Nábřeží, is a remarkable post-Modern office building. Designed by Californian architect Frank Gehry and Czech architect Vlado Milunić and completed in 1996, it consists of two sections, gaily intertwined, as if dancing, hence the nickname "Fred and Ginger" in reference to the mythical pair. At the top (seventh floor) there is a restaurant.
