Freedom Square, Rab

Well worth the diversions
Civil and military monument
The Michelin Guide's review
The charm of this singularly elegant square, overlooking the sea (steps lead down to a beach below), lies in its secluded location and tranquil atmosphere. It is lined by an ancient tree, while the church (16C façade) of St Justine (Sv. Justine) houses a collection of religious art and a reliquary containing the skull of Saint Christopher, the town's patron saint.
