Rheinfall

 Michelin Guide
 Well worth the diversions
Natural site
  The Michelin Guide's review
150m wide at this spot, the Rhine drops from a height of 23m. Its flow (600m3/sec on average) can reach 1,070m3/sec. The waterfalls are a premium tourist attraction and well worth a look, especially in July, when the flow is at its height. There are viewpoints on either bank. These are the most powerful waterfalls in Europe.
