  The Michelin Guide's review
St Domnius Cathedral stands on the ruins of the old octagonal Diocletian mausoleum (transformed into a church in the 7C). The heavy oak door is just one of the jewels of its medieval architecture (1214). The splendours continue inside, the highlight of which are the chancel stalls, the nave and its Romanesque pulpit and the altar of St Anastasia. Sweeping view from the top of the steeple (57m).
