Michelin Guide
Well worth the diversions
Natural site
The Michelin Guide's review
The descent to the rocky tip of Corbière Point, southwest of Jersey, commands a fine view of the site and white lighthouse on an islet. The rugged landscape is particularly impressive in bad weather. The lighthouse, accessible on foot at low tide, dates from 1874. Next to it, the 58ft/17.8m-high MP2 Tower built by the Germans in 1941, has been converted into a rather unusual holiday cottage with a splendid 360° view.
