Preserved in a wild state for centuries, this park is one of the oldest in Bosnia. Located on the border with Montenegro, it is home to one of the last remaining areas of virgin forest in Europe, and its biodiversity is impressive. It is an ideal spot for hiking enthusiasts. Several monuments to the Yugoslav partisans who died in action serve as a reminder that, on these lands, the Nazis were defeated in a battle in 1943.
