Town hall of the historic town of Toruń

 Well worth the diversions
Civil and military monument
  The Michelin Guide's review
The former town hall in the centre of the Rynek is eminently eye catching! Built in the 13C, it was remodelled several times and even rebuilt from 1722 to 1738 after a fire. It mingles Dutch Mannerist turrets and Late Baroque features. Today the former conference hall serves as a concert venue. The regional museum, well-endowed in 18-20C paintings, stained-glass and Gothic sculptures, is housed in the property. Don't miss the panoramic view of the town from the tower.
