On the west side, the coastline is jagged, dotted with caves that you can visit by boat but also by land. It has small beaches (Cala Sidoti, Punta dello Spalmatore) and magnificent rocky bays like natural swimming pools. On the east side, you can also see attractive caves (Grotta Azzurra, Grotta Verde, Grotta delle Barche) which are well worth exploring underwater in your scuba gear!
