This euphoric building, built in 1984, was designed by Friedensreich Hundertwasser. It displays all of his reflections on humans and their relationship with the environment. Note the variety of the architectural motifs (arcaded loggia, galleries, statues and onion domes), the diversity of materials (glass, brick, painted roughcast), as well as the incline of the terraces fashioned into hanging gardens, which cancel out the usual monotony of large ensembles.
