Standing near the 15C Gevangenpoort (prison-gate), this old town hall boasts a graceful Renaissance façade with a stepped gable. In the same street, at n° 37, note the stone façade adorned with an image of an axe chopping wood. Also of interest are the two twin houses opposite which date from 1593 and 1606 and whose stone façades depict a golden angel and a salamander.
