Newly renovated in 2014, Youth Hostel Avenches is a 15-minute walk from the Avenches train station. It features a large garden with barbecue facilities and table tennis and pétanque options. A buffet breakfast is served free of charge, and free WiFi in the entire hostel is provided as well. All rooms and dormitories are functionally furnished and come with shared bathroom facilities on each floor. All units are fitted with a washbasin.
