Located in the rural setting of the small village of Veade, in the heart of green wine region in the northern Portugal, 30 minutes from Guimarães, Amarante, Vila Real and the Alvão Natural Park, Casa Dalevada is set in a carefully restored 18th century family farmhouse.
Each of the rooms features a private bathroom. Casa Dalevada offers access to various common areas including a living area, a dining area and plenty of outdoor spaces where guests can enjoy a glass of wine and fresh air.
Breakfast consists of homemade marmalade, jams and jellies, natural fruit juice, freshly baked country bread and other characteristic local specialties. On request, delicious evening meals based on the characteristic home cooking of the northern Portugal are served in the family dining room, accompanied by a glass of wine from one of the many local vineyards.
Guests can enjoy various activities in the surroundings, including fishing, canoeing and hiking. The property also offers free use of bicycles. Porto Airport is 59 mi away.
