This family-run guest house overlooks Devonshire Park and the International Tennis Courts, just a stone's throw from the beach and the promenade, and only a short distance from the town center. All of the rooms with attached bathroom are front facing, with some enjoying views of the rolling South Downs and the Tennis Center. Each room has tea/coffee making facilities and a TV with Freeview channels and a DVD player.
