The downstairs area has 2 bedrooms, with 1 room consisting of a queen bed and the other bedroom has 2 single beds and a child's cot. The lounge area has plenty of seating and 2 of the sofas can be converted into a double and a single sofa bed if needed. There is a wall-mounted TV with various streaming services available, Bluetooth speaker, piano, laundry with washing machine and products, dryer, and a bathroom. Upstairs is an open plan studio/loft style with a King bed and an extra loungeroom seating area with a lounge that can convert into a queen bed, if needed. There is also a dining area seats 6 and a fully-equipped kitchen with a stovetop and oven, microwave, toaster, a coffee machine that makes café quality, kettle, cookware, and a fridge stocked with sauces, condiments, and breakfast items.
