Smart Property implementing the newest technology where guests do online check-in from the comfort of their homes. Our building door is accessible on 1st entry via a keypad (code is given via an email on arrival date) and later via a physical key retrieved by guests from a locked box inside the building that will allow access to the flat / room as well as the building door. Before making a booking, it is essential that guests have access on arrival date to the email address that will be used to make the booking. With stylish décor, a mixed carpet/wooden flooring throughout, central air-conditioning, a fridge, tea/coffee making facilities, free toiletries and free Wi-Fi access, these rooms / flats are a 5-minute walk from Hyde Park and Kensington Palace and Gardens. Bayswater Underground Station is just 2-3 minutes walk away and Queensway underground station is 5 minutes walk away giving you extensive links to many prime London locations and attractions. Laundry facilities are unavailable. Each kitchen features a cooker, a fridge, a microwave and kitchenware for guests to use.
