Homegrown vegetables, fruits from the orchard, and eggs from Haughley House’s own hens are used to prepare delicious breakfasts. High-quality local meats are used to prepare evening meals, and the menu also includes homemade canapés. Guests can enjoy drinks in the oak-paneled drawing room or the cozy sitting room. Afternoon tea is available either inside or in the pretty garden, where there is also a croquet lawn that you are free to use.
