This restaurant sets itself the challenge of using only Danish ingredients – hence the name – so expect lots of different techniques, creativity and imagination in their 4 and 8 course menus. It’s housed in a period property that’s been everything from a school to a dairy; the burnt oak dining tables are lovely.
