Description
The interior of this lively establishment resembles a classroom, and indeed this building was once a home economics school. Today you can see the 'master' at work preparing his lesson in French gastronomy thanks to the open kitchen. He has a sound knowledge of his ingredients and incorporates a nod to Flemish cuisine into his no-nonsense dishes.
