The Michelin Guide's review
After stints in several prestigious establishments in France and the United States, Sandra and Léo settled down in a pedestrianised street in Annecy's old town. Tradition is their motto (cozna means "kitchen" in Savoyard dialect), and diners could not be happier about it. The food is delicious – eg poultry, medley of carrot, pullet sauce or candied apple rose, sablé Breton and vanilla ice cream – and the service comes with a smile. Bear in mind, the place is often booked out, so it's best to reserve.
