Iron, wood, glass and stone firmly set the hip scene of this urban restaurant. Clément Petitjean of La Grappe d’Or (Torgny) has gone for brasserie fare based on locally produced ingredients. He has a knack for carefully and judiciously assembling dishes oozing with subtlety. Amusingly, the menu always features a dish by one of his master chef pals.
