This is one restaurant offering two different types of dining: at lunchtime, a simple menu for skiers in a hurry (rösti, pasta dishes, burgers etc), and in the evening a more sophisticated menu with an emphasis on sustainability and regional produce, with dishes such as salmon trout from the Brüggli trout farm cooked in Arosa hay with Riesling-Sylvaner wine sauce, black salsify and Albula mountain potatoes. Don’t miss the glazed walk-in wine cupboard.
