This wonderfully luxurious and elegant gourmet restaurant is situated in the exclusive Grand Hotel Heiligendamm in a wonderful location by the Baltic Sea – also known as the "white city by the sea". The sense of opulence extends to the cuisine, which comes courtesy of head chef Ronny Siewert, who hails from Nienburg (Saale). He and his kitchen team turn out delicately flavoured and elaborately detailed dishes that draw on only the most exclusive produce.
