Phed Phed has many branches, but this one stands out for its minimalist wire mesh theme décor. The menu offers comforting Isan favourites steeped in flavour. Don’t miss the herbal pork soup with its tender, crispy cartilage and sweet pumpkin, while the green apple som tum and salty fish sauce with dried shrimp perfectly blends sweet with sour. Large groups of locals pack the place at lunch and dinner. As they don't accept bookings, arrive early to avoid a wait.
