Description
Nestling in a maze of alleyways, the restaurant is difficult to find, but is well worth the effort for the lavish dining experience in a temple courtyard-turned dining room. Local ingredients are cleverly crafted into polished dishes with a novel twist; three tasting menus change according to the season, but all culminate in Le Grand Dessert finale. The plating is stunning and the subtle contrasts in tastes and textures are delightful.
