A beautifully refurbished farmhouse dating from 1885 and an experienced French chef combine to make the Brasserie le Nord a real success. The chef pays tribute to his homeland with classic, generous and flavoursome dishes prepared in traditional style, plus a selection of more modern and nuanced options. The delicious tuna pizza is in honour of Joop Braakhekke, one of his mentors.
