Time seems to have stopped at Michel’s from the warm classy interior to the traditional, no-frills food that hits the spot every time thanks to recipes that star local produce. One of the house signatures is duck foie gras, prepared in a terrine with Maitrank (a local beverage) and served with home-made brioche bread and marinated veggies for a welcome fresh note. The chef also has a penchant for lobster, to which he has devoted an entire menu. A friendly, festive vibe and the guarantee of generous helpings of good food.
