Brasserie Grand Cru

Michelin Guide
Traditional Cuisine
The Michelin Guide's review
Red and white chequered tablecloths and a rustic interior set the delightfully vintage scene in this brasserie. The huge open kitchen is equipped with both spit-roasting and barbecue facilities. Lovers of hunger-obliterating wholesome fare will be in seventh heaven as each dish hits the spot from the Flemish stoofpotje made with Belgian beer, the vol-au-vent or sole meunière to calf’s liver in madeira sauce – an authentic lineup of no-nonsense familiar brasserie cuisine. The extensive menu has something for everyone and is a genuine ode to the cooking of yesteryear. A great vintage indeed!
