An exciting gastronomic experience where the flavour and elegance of French cuisine meet the scents and aromas of southern Italy. In the kitchen, owner-chef Bernard Fournier, assisted by Sicilian Giovanni Croce, dedicates an entire menu to the glory of foie gras, although he partly balances this out with his “La Tradizione” menu which is much more Mediterranean in flavour, plus a tasting menu which comprises a series of courses (these can vary in number) served to all guests at the table.
