Description
At the warm and cosy Le Moulin, they have been paying their respects to classic French-Flemish cuisine for more than 35 years. Frans Glas knows the importance of a sauce, like the amazing beurre blanc that he serves with the flawless sole meunière. They steer clear of unnecessary frills and everything revolves around flavour. Salmon is still smoked according to an old family recipe. His sister Yvonne provides charming service and astute wine recommendations.
