Description
Busarin, the new sister restaurant of Magnolia Café, has high ceilings, a collection of chinaware and leather green sofa booths that contrast with the light pink walls. When you dine here, it’s like being welcomed into Chef Noi’s home. They serve northern-Thai based on family recipes with noodles and roti instead of rice. The standout is a streaky pork that’s braised in a hung lay curry for two days and emits a powerful aroma of ginger and spices.
