Chef Ambrogio Stefanetti presents a menu of traditional recipes, flavorful and well-crafted, using local and seasonal ingredients. Among his offerings, the pike with crispy skin à la meunière, carrots and green asparagus, or the savarin soaked in yuzu limoncello, lightly sweetened white chocolate ice cream, and finished with raspberry flakes. This place has a genuine soul – it’s impossible not to fall in love with the region in summer! – and the wine list (featuring Italian and regional selections) is truly appealing!
