A stone-carved chandelier, metallic accents and hand-painted ceramics are merely some of the flourishes of this dreamy room. Still not besotted? Think of the menu, dominated by ingredients cooked on an open flame. Find a perch at the horseshoe bar and let the team tease your taste buds with uni toast accompanied by cauliflower crema; or Galician octopus with judión bean purée. Using seaweed in place of spaghetti, pasta do mar is the epitome of invention. Close out with pan con chocolate, starring pork-fat brioche and brown butter foam.
