Description
Tare sits within a block of converted shipping containers on the Wapping Wharf harbourside development – and is named after the term for a container’s empty weight. It’s run by experienced chef-owner Matt Hampshire and his charming team and has just 8 tables inside and a handful outside. Prime West Country ingredients are showcased in attractively presented, creative global dishes which feature on a 7 course set menu.
