Gifted pastry chef Sébastien Vauxion takes you on a sweet-toothed escapade, the likes of which you won't have experienced before! His creations, based on fruit and vegetables (combined with dairy produce, chocolate and coffee), are genuinely mind blowing and infinitely tantalising.
